Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are 8–12 business days from the date of shipment. Some items may take up to10-15 business days depending on origin.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to high demand, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dshideman@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
